Chair of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer
Julia M. Laulis Julie Laulis is Chair of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cable ONE.

Laulis joined Cable ONE in 1999 as Director of Marketing-NW Division. In 2001, she was named Vice President of Operations for the SW Division. In 2004, she became responsible for starting Cable ONE's Phoenix Customer Care Center. Laulis was named Chief Operations Officer in 2008, responsible for the company's three operation divisions and two call centers. In 2012, Laulis was named Chief Operating Officer, adding sales, marketing, and technology to her responsibilities. In 2015, Laulis was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Cable ONE. In 2017, she was named President and Chief Executive Officer and in 2018 she was named Chair of the Board.

Prior to joining Cable ONE, Laulis was with Jones Communications in the Washington, DC area and Denver, where she served in various marketing management positions. Laulis began her 35 year career in the cable industry with Hauser Communications.

Laulis graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington with a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications. She attended the Woman in Cable Television Betsy Magness Leadership Institute in 1998/1999, and graduated from the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School in 2002. Cable FAX Magazine has named Laulis one of the Most Powerful Women in Cable for the past nine years running.

Laulis currently serves on the boards of C-SPAN, CableLabs and The Cable Center, and is a trustee of the C-SPAN Education Foundation.
Michael E. Bowker
Michael E. Bowker
Chief Operating Officer
Michael E. Bowker Mike Bowker is Chief Operating Officer for Cable ONE. He is responsible for overseeing Cable ONE’s daily operations, technology, and residential and business channels.

Bowker joined Cable ONE in 1999 as Advertising Regional Sales Manager. He is a member of the team that successfully launched the commercial sales division and the residential inbound sales call center. Bowker has been a Vice President of Cable ONE since 2005. He was named Vice President of Sales in 2012 and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer in 2014.

Prior to joining Cable ONE, Bowker was with AT&T Media Services and TCI Cable, where he served in various sales management positions.

A native of Boise, Idaho, Bowker holds a bachelor's degree in Communication from Boise State University and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.

Bowker currently serves on the board of the American Cable Association.
Steven S. Cochran
Steven S. Cochran
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Steven S. Cochran Steven Cochran is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Cable ONE. He is responsible for the areas of accounting, reporting, finance, and investor relations.

A veteran of the cable industry, Cochran spent 15 years at Wide Open West (WOW), a Denver-based cable operator. During his tenure at WOW, Cochran held positions of increasing responsibility, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to WOW, Cochran was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Millennium Digital Media.

Cochran holds a master’s degree in accounting science and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Illinois—Urbana Champaign.

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, NETWORK ARCHITECTURE
Stephen A. Fox Steve Fox is Senior Vice President, Network Architecture at Cable ONE. He started his career in 1988 as a programmer/operator for Cable ONE (formerly Post-Newsweek Cable). Areas of responsibility include Engineering, Design, Network Architecture, and capital allocation.

Fox holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology. In 2000, he graduated from the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School.
Kenneth E. Johnson
Kenneth E. Johnson
Senior Vice President, Technology Services
Kenneth E. Johnson Ken Johnson is Senior Vice President of Technology Services at Cable ONE. He is responsible for the strategic evolution of technology roadmaps related to products, as well as Information Technology, and Network & Engineering.

Before joining Cable ONE, Johnson served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer for NewWave Communications. Prior to NewWave, Johnson was Chief Technology Officer for SureWest Communications and Everest Connections.

Originally from Lenexa, Kansas, Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Friends University.

Johnson currently serves on the board of the National Cable Television Cooperative.
Eric M. Lardy
Eric M. Lardy
Senior Vice President
Eric M. Lardy Eric Lardy is a Senior Vice President for Cable ONE. He is responsible for overseeing strategic and financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation and project management, human resources and business intelligence.

A 20-year veteran in the cable industry, Lardy joined Cable ONE as a Pay-Per-View Manager in the Fargo, ND cable system. He was later promoted to Internet Business Manager, launching dial-up and high-speed broadband services. Eric relocated several times and held a variety of positions in Marketing, Operations, and system General Management before being promoted to Director of New Products and Service Projects in 2012. In 2014, Eric was named Vice President of Strategy and Finance. In 2017, he was promoted to Senior Vice President, adding oversight of human resources and business intelligence to his responsibilities.

Lardy has bachelor's degrees in Marketing and International Business from Minnesota State University and an MBA from Arizona State University.
Charles B. McDonald

Senior Vice President, Operations
Charles B. McDonald Chip McDonald is Senior Vice President of Operations for Cable ONE. McDonald is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and longer term strategic operating plans.

McDonald joined Cable ONE in 2008 as an Industrial Engineer and was later promoted to Vice President, Customer Operations. He has more than 15 years of process improvement experience in both manufacturing and customer service, and leads the Operations team with quantitative and strategic approaches to improve quality and reduce costs with the goal of providing world-class customer service to all Cable ONE customers.

Prior to joining Cable ONE, McDonald worked as a Sr. Process Engineer for Three-Five Systems and Brillian Corp.

An Arizona native, McDonald holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University, and a Six Sigma Black Belt from the Institute of Industrial Engineers. He is also a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
Peter N. Witty
Peter N. Witty
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Peter N. Witty Peter N. Witty is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Cable ONE. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal, regulatory and compliance functions.

Witty has more than 20 years of legal experience. Before joining Cable ONE, he served as General Counsel and Secretary for Gas Technology Institute (GTI), a leading energy research, development and training organization. Prior to GTI, Witty spent 10 years with Abbott Laboratories, serving in various positions, including as Senior Counsel and Division Counsel. Witty also previously practiced law as an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP and Ross & Hardies (now McGuireWoods LLP).

Witty holds a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School and a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. Prior to attending law school, Witty was an officer and helicopter pilot in the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), where he served during Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm.

Vice President, Business Services
Christopher D. Boone Chris Boone is Vice President of Business Services for Cable ONE. He is responsible for the overall strategy and day to day operations of the Business Services division.

Boone joined Cable ONE in 2010 as a Business Sales Manager. During that time, he was promoted to roles of increasing responsibility, including Director of Sales and Senior Director. In 2016, Boone was named Vice President of Business Services. Prior to joining Cable ONE, Boone spent 7 years at Cox Communications in various roles, including Sales Supervisor and Inside Sales Manager, Business Services.

Boone is a native of Phoenix, Arizona.

Vice President, West Division
Michelle D. Cameron Michelle Cameron is a Vice President of Cable ONE and head of the company’s West Division. She is responsible for the overall operations of cable systems in Arizona, Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, New Mexico, and North Dakota.

Prior to her current position, Cameron served as Vice President, Customer Operations for Cable ONE and Vice President of Cable ONE’s Southeast Division.

Cameron began her career in Sales and Marketing at Time Warner Cable. She later moved to Operations as a Customer Service Manager, and then Call Center Operations Management. Cameron also served as General Manager in Nebraska and Idaho with significant experiences in state and local government affairs.

Cameron holds a bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Maryland. She is also a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, the Women in Cable Television Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, and the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management CTPAA Public Affairs Institute.

Leann E. Dittman
Vice President, Customer Operations
Leann Dittman is Vice President of Customer Operations for Cable ONE. She is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for call center, field and billing operations.

Before joining Cable ONE, Dittman served as Senior Director of Customer Experience for Comcast. Prior to that position, she spent 11 years at CenturyLink where she was promoted to roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Director Customer Financial Services, Manager of Billing Services and Project Manager.

Dittman holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from the University of Denver.

Vice President, Human Resources
Tina M. Evangelista Tina Evangelista is Vice President of Human Resources for Cable ONE. She is responsible for leading Human Resources in developing and executing strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company, and ensuring overall talent plans promote Cable ONE’s culture.

Evangelista has extensive experience in Human Resources in the high-tech sector. Before joining Cable ONE, she worked for Intel Corporation for more than 23 years, most recently serving as the head of Human Resources for the Internet of Things and Automated Driving groups. Prior to that, she was promoted to roles of increasing responsibility within Intel, including Talent Acquisition Manager for the Greater Americas, M&A Global Program Manager and Global Staffing Controls and Compliance Manager.

Evangelista holds bachelors’ degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Communications from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Business HR Management from Purdue’s Krannert School of Management.

Vice President, Northeast Division
Gary A. McDonald Gary McDonald is a Vice President of Cable ONE and head of the company’s Northeast Division. He is based at the company’s Phoenix headquarters and is responsible for the overall operations of cable systems in Arkansas, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, and Texas.

McDonald has extensive experience in the cable industry. He has been with Cable ONE since 2005 and has continued to increase his scope of responsibility, serving in the roles of General Manager; Southeast Division Operations Director; Director of Field Service Strategy; and most recently Senior Director of Technical Operations. Prior to joining Cable ONE, McDonald served as Director of Technical Operations and Engineering for Comcast’s East San Francisco Bay area and as General Manager for Charter Communication’s Southern Oregon market.

McDonald holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Regis University.
Kishore K. Reddy
Kishore K. Reddy
Vice President, Product Support Development
Kishore K. Reddy Kishore Reddy is Vice President, Product Support Development at Cable ONE. His responsibilities include product roadmaps, development, support, vendor management and infrastructure management for residential and commercial video, broadband, and voice services. He joined Cable ONE in 2004 as Director of Voice Services. In that role, he led the creation and launch of the Cable ONE phone product.

Reddy has more than 20 years of experience in the communications industry, covering all vertical markets and components of the network and back-office infrastructure. With significant experience as both a service provider and a vendor, and in both business and technical capacities, he has brought multiple products from conceptual to successful operating stages.

Prior to joining Cable ONE, Reddy held diverse product management and technology roles at companies including Convergys, AT&T, and General Electric Medical Systems.

Reddy holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from SVU College of Engineering, a master's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.

Vice President, South Central Division
William R. Robertson Rusty Robertson is a Vice President of Cable ONE and head of the company’s South Central Division. He is based at the company’s Phoenix headquarters and is responsible for the overall operations of cable systems in Alabama, Texas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.

Prior to his current position, Robertson served as a Division Operations Director for Cable ONE, with responsibility for budgeting, analysis, and operational support for the company’s Southeast Division. Before joining Cable ONE, he served as Regional Senior Vice President for Comcast Cable in Indianapolis. Robertson has also served as a Customer Service Manager, Marketing Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager for multiple cable companies, including Jones Intercable, Omega Cable Communications, and Storer Cable Communications.

An Indiana native, Robertson holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Florida International University.

Julie A. Seff Julie Seff is Vice President of Residential Services for Cable ONE. She is responsible for overseeing programming, residential sales, marketing, and corporate communications.

Before joining Cable ONE, Seff served as Vice President of Business Strategy for Stealth Creative. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Marketing for Charter Communications. Seff has also served as Vice President of Marketing for Comcast Corporation and Director of Marketing for TCI.

A Colorado native, Seff holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Vice President of Finance & Treasurer
Raymond L. Storck Jr. Ray Storck is Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for Cable ONE. He is responsible for all of the company's accounting functions.

Before joining Cable ONE, Storck served as Controller at Kona Grill. Prior to that, Storck was Vice President/Controller and then Chief Financial Officer for MicroAge. Following MicroAge, Storck spent 4 years at PetSmart where he served as Vice President/Controller and then Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer.

A native of Iowa, Storck holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.

Vice President, Information Technology
Cary T. Westmark Cary Westmark is Vice President of Information Technology at Cable ONE. His responsibilities include providing leadership and direction for server/storage infrastructure, application development, data management and reporting, telecom, and service desk.

Westmark has more than 25 years of experience in information technology, covering many vertical markets including retail, hospitality, energy, aerospace, and technology outsourcing services. Prior to joining Cable ONE in 2013, he held leadership positions with Troon Golf, Osage, E-Comm, Tosco, and Circle K Stores.

Westmark holds a bachelor's degree from Western International University and an associate's degree in Applied Science in Electronics from DeVry University.

Mary E. Meduski

Tom Might is Executive Chairman of Cable ONE.

Might joined The Washington Post in 1978 as assistant to publisher Donald Graham, after a business internship in the summer of 1977. He was promoted to Vice President-Production in 1982 and served in that position until 1987, when he became Vice President-Production and Marketing. In 1991, Might was named Vice President-Advertising Sales.

In 1993, Might was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Post-Newsweek Cable, The Washington Post Company's cable television division, assuming responsibility for all of the company's cable systems. He became President and Chief Executive Officer in 1994. In June 1997, Might changed the name of Post-Newsweek Cable to Cable ONE. In 2017, he was named Executive Chairman.

Might currently serves on the boards of the American Cable Association, CableLabs, and C-SPAN. Might was a Combat Engineer Officer in the United States Army from 1972 to 1976. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
