Thomas O. Might
Thomas O. Might
Executive Chairman
Thomas O. Might Tom Might is Executive Chairman of Cable ONE.

Might joined The Washington Post in 1978 as assistant to publisher Donald Graham, after a business internship in the summer of 1977. He was promoted to Vice President-Production in 1982 and served in that position until 1987, when he became Vice President-Production and Marketing. In 1991, Might was named Vice President-Advertising Sales.

In 1993, Might was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Post-Newsweek Cable, The Washington Post Company's cable television division, assuming responsibility for all of the company's cable systems. He became President and Chief Executive Officer in 1994. In June 1997, Might changed the name of Post-Newsweek Cable to Cable ONE. In 2017, he was named Executive Chairman.

Might currently serves on the boards of the American Cable Association, CableLabs, and C-SPAN. Might was a Combat Engineer Officer in the United States Army from 1972 to 1976. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Julia M. Laulis Julie Laulis is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cable ONE.

Laulis joined Cable ONE in 1999 as Director of Marketing-NW Division. In 2001, she was named Vice President of Operations for the SW Division. In 2004, she became responsible for starting Cable ONE's Phoenix Customer Care Center. Laulis was named Chief Operations Officer in 2008, responsible for the company's three operation divisions and two call centers. In 2012, Laulis was named Chief Operating Officer, adding sales, marketing, and technology to her responsibilities. In 2015, Laulis was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Cable ONE. In 2017, she was named President and Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to joining Cable ONE, Laulis was with Jones Communications in the Washington, DC area and Denver, where she served in various marketing management positions. Laulis began her 30-plus-year career in the cable industry with Hauser Communications.

Laulis graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington with a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications. She attended the Woman in Cable Television Betsy Magness Leadership Institute in 1998/1999, and graduated from the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School in 2002. Cable FAX Magazine has named Laulis one of the Most Powerful Women in Cable for the past seven years running.
Michael E. Bowker

Chief Operating Officer
Michael E. Bowker Mike Bowker is Chief Operating Officer for Cable ONE. He is responsible for overseeing Cable ONE’s daily operations, technology, and residential and business channels.

Bowker joined Cable ONE in 1999 as Advertising Regional Sales Manager. He is a member of the team that successfully launched the commercial sales division and the residential inbound sales call center. Bowker has been a Vice President of Cable ONE since 2005. He was named Vice President of Sales in 2012 and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer in 2014.

Prior to joining Cable ONE, Bowker was with AT&T Media Services and TCI Cable, where he served in various sales management positions.

A native of Boise, Idaho, Bowker holds a bachelor's degree in Communication from Boise State University and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
Kevin P. Coyle

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Kevin P. Coyle Kevin Coyle is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Cable ONE. He is responsible for overseeing accounting, reporting, finance, and investor relations activities.

Coyle has more than 30 years of financial and operations experience, specializing in strategic planning, business development, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Cable ONE, he served as CFO of Elauwit Networks, Inc., a large private cable operator serving the student housing community. Prior to that, Coyle served as the CEO of Ygnition Networks, Inc., a national private cable operator serving the multifamily arena. He functioned as Group Vice President and CFO at Jones Intercable for more than a decade until it was sold to Comcast Communications. Coyle also performed strategic planning for Charter Communications and Comcast Communications in their Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) and business sales areas.

Coyle holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Villanova University and an MBA from Drexel University.

Senior Vice President, Chief Network Officer
Stephen A. Fox Steve Fox is Senior Vice President, Chief Network Officer at Cable ONE. He started his career in 1988 as a programmer/operator for Cable ONE (formerly Post-Newsweek Cable). Areas of responsibility include long range planning and the strategic evolution of technology roadmaps related to products, internal and external networks, and capital allocation.

Fox holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology. In 2000, he graduated from the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School.
Eric M. Lardy
Eric M. Lardy
Senior Vice President
Eric M. Lardy Eric Lardy is a Senior Vice President for Cable ONE. He is responsible for overseeing strategic and financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation and project management, human resources and business intelligence.

A 20-year veteran in the cable industry, Lardy joined Cable ONE as a Pay-Per-View Manager in the Fargo, ND cable system. He was later promoted to Internet Business Manager, launching dial-up and high-speed broadband services. Eric relocated several times and held a variety of positions in Marketing, Operations, and system General Management before being promoted to Director of New Products and Service Projects in 2012. In 2014, Eric was named Vice President of Strategy and Finance. In 2017, he was promoted to Senior Vice President, adding oversight of human resources and business intelligence to his responsibilities.

Lardy has bachelor's degrees in Marketing and International Business from Minnesota State University and an MBA from Arizona State University.
Charles B. McDonald

Senior Vice President, Operations
Charles B. McDonald Chip McDonald is Senior Vice President of Operations for Cable ONE. McDonald is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and longer term strategic operating plans.

McDonald joined Cable ONE in 2008 as an Industrial Engineer and was later promoted to Vice President, Customer Operations. He has more than 15 years of process improvement experience in both manufacturing and customer service, and leads the Operations team with quantitative and strategic approaches to improve quality and reduce costs with the goal of providing world-class customer service to all Cable ONE customers.

Prior to joining Cable ONE, McDonald worked as a Sr. Process Engineer for Three-Five Systems and Brillian Corp.

An Arizona native, McDonald holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University, and a Six Sigma Black Belt from the Institute of Industrial Engineers.

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Alan H. Silverman Alan Silverman is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Director of Administration, and Secretary of Cable ONE. He joined The Washington Post Company in 1984 and has been with the Cable Division since 1986.

Silverman holds a B.A. from Hamilton College (Clinton, NY), a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and an MBA from The Wharton School.
Christopher D. Boone

Vice President, Business Services
Christopher D. Boone Chris Boone is Vice President of Business Services for Cable ONE. He is responsible for the overall strategy and day to day operations of the Business Services division.

Boone joined Cable ONE in 2010 as a Business Sales Manager. During that time, he was promoted to roles of increasing responsibility, including Director of Sales and Senior Director. In 2016, Boone was named Vice President of Business Services. Prior to joining Cable ONE, Boone spent 7 years at Cox Communications in various roles, including Sales Supervisor and Inside Sales Manager, Business Services.

Boone is a native of Phoenix, Arizona.

Vice President, Customer Operations
Michelle D. Cameron Michelle Cameron is Vice President, Customer Operations for Cable ONE. She is responsible for the oversight of call center and field operations from the perspective of customer service, demand planning, staffing, and process improvement.

Prior to her current position, Cameron served as Vice President of Cable ONE’s Southeast Division, with responsibility for the overall operations of 13 cable television systems in Alabama, Texas, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

Cameron began her career in Sales and Marketing at Time Warner Cable. She later moved to Operations as a Customer Service Manager, and then Call Center Operations Management. Cameron also served as General Manager in Nebraska and Idaho with significant experiences in state and local government affairs.

Cameron holds a bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Maryland. She is also a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, the Women in Cable Television Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, and the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management CTPAA Public Affairs Institute.

John D. Gosch
John D. Gosch
Vice President, West Division
John D. Gosch John Gosch is a Vice President of Cable ONE and head of the company's West Division. He is based at the company's Phoenix headquarters and is responsible for the overall operations of cable systems in Arizona, Idaho, and New Mexico.

Gosch began his career in the cable industry in 1978 as an accounting manager for Cablecom-General, the company that eventually became Cable ONE. He moved from Denver to Detroit when the company was acquired by Capital Cities Cable and took on additional responsibilities in financial analysis and reporting in the accounting department.

Gosch then transferred to Phoenix in his first divisional role as a business division manager, when The Washington Post acquired the cable division from Capital Cities Communications. He then spent nine years in Santa Rosa, California as general manager for the second largest cable operation at the time. Gosch later transferred back to Phoenix when he was promoted to Vice President. Before joining the cable television business, Gosch worked in the business office for a Denver-based YMCA.

Gosch holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Accounting from Brigham Young University and he is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program.

Vice President, Northeast Division
Kenneth E. Johnson Ken Johnson is a Vice President of Cable ONE and head of the company’s Northeast Division. He is responsible for the overall operations of cable systems in Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri and Texas.

Before joining Cable ONE, Johnson served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer for NewWave Communications. Prior to NewWave, Johnson was Chief Technology Officer for SureWest Communications and Everest Connections.

Originally from Lenexa, Kansas, Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Friends University.
Kishore K. Reddy
Kishore K. Reddy
Vice President, Product Support Development
Kishore K. Reddy Kishore Reddy is Vice President, Product Support Development at Cable ONE. His responsibilities include product roadmaps, development, support, vendor management and infrastructure management for residential and commercial video, broadband, and voice services. He joined Cable ONE in 2004 as Director of Voice Services. In that role, he led the creation and launch of the Cable ONE phone product.

Reddy has more than 20 years of experience in the communications industry, covering all vertical markets and components of the network and back-office infrastructure. With significant experience as both a service provider and a vendor, and in both business and technical capacities, he has brought multiple products from conceptual to successful operating stages.

Prior to joining Cable ONE, Reddy held diverse product management and technology roles at companies including Convergys, AT&T, and General Electric Medical Systems.

Reddy holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from SVU College of Engineering, a master's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.

Vice President, Southeast Division
William R. Robertson Rusty Robertson is a Vice President of Cable ONE and head of the company’s Southeast Division. He is based at the company’s Phoenix headquarters and is responsible for the overall operations of cable systems in Alabama, Texas, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

Prior to his current position, Robertson served as a Division Operations Director for Cable ONE, with responsibility for budgeting, analysis, and operational support for the company’s Southeast Division. Before joining Cable ONE, he served as Regional Senior Vice President for Comcast Cable in Indianapolis. Robertson has also served as a Customer Service Manager, Marketing Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager for multiple cable companies, including Jones Intercable, Omega Cable Communications, and Storer Cable Communications.

An Indiana native, Robertson holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Florida International University.

Julie A. Seff Julie Seff is Vice President of Residential Services for Cable ONE. She is responsible for overseeing programming, residential sales, marketing, and corporate communications.

Before joining Cable ONE, Seff served as Vice President of Business Strategy for Stealth Creative. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Marketing for Charter Communications. Seff has also served as Vice President of Marketing for Comcast Corporation and Director of Marketing for TCI.

A Colorado native, Seff holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Vice President, Human Resources
Janiece St. Cyr Janiece St. Cyr is Vice President of Human Resources for Cable ONE. She is responsible for the Payroll/Benefits Department and the Human Resources Department, as well as creating and implementing company policies that promote Cable ONE's culture.

St. Cyr moved to Phoenix in 1986 for the opportunity to join the cable television industry and Cable ONE (formerly Post-Newsweek Cable). She was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources in 1999.

Prior to joining Cable One, St. Cyr worked in California for Trico Industries in a variety of positions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll Supervisor and Fixed Assets Accountant.

St. Cyr is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM); Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association (CTHRA); and Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT).

A native of Los Angeles, California, St. Cyr holds a bachelor's degree in Management from Western International University, a master's degree in Human Resources from Ottawa University, and is a Certified Achieve Global Trainer. She is also a graduate of the Woman in Cable Television Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.
Raymond L. Storck Jr.

Vice President of Finance & Treasurer
Raymond L. Storck Jr. Ray Storck is Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for Cable ONE. He is responsible for all of the company's accounting functions.

Before joining Cable ONE, Storck served as Controller at Kona Grill. Prior to that, Storck was Vice President/Controller and then Chief Financial Officer for MicroAge. Following MicroAge, Storck spent 4 years at PetSmart where he served as Vice President/Controller and then Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer.

A native of Iowa, Storck holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.

Vice President, Strategy
Robert S. Thornock Rob Thornock is Vice President of Strategy for Cable ONE. He is responsible for overseeing market analysis, as well as identifying new business opportunities, strategic needs and emerging industry trends.

Before joining Cable ONE, Thornock served as Director of Transformation for Capital One. Prior to Capital One, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs and he provided strategic and operational consulting services across a diverse set of industries.

An Arizona native, Thornock holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from Brigham Young University, a master’s degree in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Vice President, Information Technology
Cary T. Westmark Cary Westmark is Vice President of Information Technology at Cable ONE. His responsibilities include providing leadership and direction for server/storage infrastructure, application development, data management and reporting, telecom, and service desk.

Westmark has more than 25 years of experience in information technology, covering many vertical markets including retail, hospitality, energy, aerospace, and technology outsourcing services. Prior to joining Cable ONE in 2013, he held leadership positions with Troon Golf, Osage, E-Comm, Tosco, and Circle K Stores.

Westmark holds a bachelor's degree from Western International University and an associate's degree in Applied Science in Electronics from DeVry University.
